Well it’s been awhile since we made this thing; and sourdough baking has taken on quite a life of its own. Next year marks the 15 year anniversary of Tartine Bread, now published in several languages around the world. Lots has happened along the way; recipes, taste, and techniques have evolved. I’ll be working through many favorites at my own careful pace; fully open to requests that could steer me in one direction or another.
